Hi I’m Nadia

I am a Mental Health Coach, Breathing Coach and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with a passion for helping others navigate the ups and downs of life. I’m also a mum of triplets, two of whom I carry in my heart and one I hold in my arms. 

Through my blog, I share my journey navigating life’s challenges, the highs and lows, and everything in between – while offering practical tools, heartfelt stories, and a dose of humor to support your mental well-being and healing process.
